2.2. For the proper personalisation of plans, health and lifestyle data provided by the User in the clinical intake form is also collected, as well as any images or photographs submitted.
2.3. During registration in the app, authentication data (username and password) is also collected.

3. Purposes of Processing

3.1. The data collected is used for the preparation of nutrition and training plans, progress monitoring, communication and ongoing support, service invoicing and the continuous improvement of the services provided.
3.2. The processing of health data is carried out solely on the basis of the User's explicit consent, exclusively for the purpose of providing the contracted services.
3.3. The email address and phone number may also be used for informational and marketing communications, provided the User has given their consent.

4. Data Retention

4.1. Data will be retained only for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and for the legally required retention period.
4.2. Once the contractual relationship has ended, personal data may be anonymised or deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to the contrary.
